My process moves between understanding, testing, building and learning. Each step informs the next — and sometimes sends us back to an earlier one.

My background spans UX/UI, web development, e-commerce and digital strategy, which lets me understand both what an experience should feel like and what it takes to make it real.
I'm especially interested in complex systems: finding the friction, simplifying the structure and turning it into something clear enough that people actually want to use.
